The middle level has three of 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms, as well as a full laundry room. A large master suite on the second level includes a beautiful balcony to rest on with lake view seating. The lower level has an extra large recreational gathering area which includes extra sleeping, full bathroom, kitchenette and game room. The lower level also contains a walkout to covered deck and access to the beach. Elevator connects all 3 floors!
Once outside enjoy 50' of flat shale beach! There is a dock, kayaks, paddle board, fire pit, plenty of space to relax and a floating dock for swimming. The property is perfect with extra land for games and parking in the back and a fenced play ground for kids.
An extremely convenient location as well it is just a few minutes from Penn Yann for groceries/shopping and a short walk to Seneca Farms Ice Cream!!
