Bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, and living room with an L shaped couch, recliners, TV/DVD & (basic) WiFi. 2 people can sleep in the bed and 2 people can sleep on the L shaped couch, there is also a roll out bed in the closet. Inquire about extended stays. 5 mins from Southpark Mall, civil war battlegrounds, Shepard Stadium, I-95 & I-85. 10 mins from VSU, Fort Lee Base, Swaders Sports Park. 15 mins from Dinwiddie Motorsports Park. 30 mins from Richmond & airport.
House rules & information:
- Park your car facing the right direction on the street or the local police could ticket you for improper parking.
- Bathroom towel hangs on the back of the bathroom door and some people miss it. If there's more than one guest booked the extra towel sets are in the hall closet.
- Guests are expected to use common sense and caution when on the property. Be cautious of floors/tub/sidewalk/ramp/stairs/etc. that may become slippery when wet. You are responsible for your safety while on the premises.
- Check out by turning off all lights and appliances and locking the house key back in the lockbox.
- Basic internet service is provided to keep the accommodations cost effective. You can easily check email and surf the web. If you are looking to stream videos and download movies you may find the speed is too slow for your liking.
- Although I do not offer long term bookings you CAN book multiple weeks back to back.
- Smoking/vaping permitted outside or on front porch. Any smoking of any kind inside the house is cause for immediate removal without refund.
- No drugs, parties, excessive loud noise & music or any illegal activity inside or directly in front of the property. Quiet hours are 10pm to 6am.
- No friends and/or visitors after 10pm without prior expressed written permission.
- Guests must book the actual number of people staying in the house to include children & teens for safety for emergency purposes. Failure to do so may result in immediate non-refundable cancellation.
- You may not under any circumstances sublease, assign, or license your reservation to any other individual without expressed written permission. In laymans terms that means if you book the space then you are the one staying there.
- No rearranging or relocating of furniture, heating & air equipment or lamps and decorations.
- No crockpots or hot plates.
- No fuel operated equipment inside the house.
- Guest agrees to accept replacement charge for stained bath towel, hand towel or wash cloth @ $5 each, stained bed linens @ $30 each, comforters @ $60 each, and permanently stained or damaged materials, decorations & furnishings at full replacement cost including labor.
- Exterior security cameras may be in use. If you ever locate or suspect any recording device inside your booking contact your host immediately.
- Guests agree to immediately contact host via chat message (phone if no response within 15 mins) with any problems or issues while they are a current guest.
