Welcome to Beachy Keen! Our ocean view condo located at Myrtle Beach Resort is just PERFECT for any family. This cozy 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo has a private balcony so you can walk right out and enjoy the salt air, ocean views, beautiful sunrises, stunning sunsets & the sound of the crashing waves. It is close to all of the attractions, restaurants and shopping Myrtle Beach has to offer.
The Space:
BED & BATH
Beachy Keen has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, dresser, night stand table, flat scree TV with cable access and a Private Bathroom attached. The Second Bedroom has Bunk Bed with Full Bottom & Twin top, chest of drawers, nightstand table and flat screen TV with cable access. The second bathroom is located in the hall.
LIVING AREA
The living room has a flat screen TV with cable access, a Queen Sleeper Sofa and two chairs and access from the living room to our private balcony.
KITCHEN
Our FULL SIZE kitchen that is well stocked with everything you need to create delicious meals. It makes it easy to enjoy being right on the beach without having to leave for dinner.
DINING AREA
When it's time to dine, enjoy our dining table has plenty of seating to accommodate up to 6 guests. It is the perfect place to let the stress drift far away.
Maybe you want some of the great local food, well lucky for you, it is very close. You can be to some great restaurants in a very short time.
BALCONY
Sip your morning coffee on our private balcony with brand new furniture so you can relax to the views of the ocean and pool. Complete with seating.
LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES INCLUDED:
Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as 1 STARTER size set of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap & 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and several trash bags.

We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexpected things that can come up.
- Smoking: Nicotine, e-cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana ANYWHERE on resort property, this includes balconies and pool decks.
- Pets: no pets are allowed in the resort, this is an HOA regulation and is strictly enforced.
- Events/Large groups: No more than 6 guests are to occupy the unit each night. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit, but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.

Absolutely NO early check-in unless prior permission was given. We have to have time to prepare the property. This is subject to additional charges if you do check-in early.

Trash and Dishes must be taken care of on departure- Pleased place trash in the trash cans in the hall that are provided for trash. Please make sure all your dishes are running in the dishwasher or washed and put away on departure.
Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.
Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
