Steps to the private community pool and hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts with lights, basketball court, gym, playground, movie theatre, and 0.5 mile walk or bike ride to the beach, and several restaurants!
Beautiful single story home for 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, Samsung smart 4k TVs in every room with YouTube TV, and whole home has 250+mbps wireless internet. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook as if you were at your own home. We provide all linens, bath towels, and even big beach towels for your entire group. The garage is stocked with all sorts of beach toys, beach chairs, paddle board, cornhole, sand castle toys, boogie boards and a wagon to haul them down to the beach! We have 4 beach cruiser bikes which you can also use during your stay. We recently added a 6 seater gas golf cart to the property which can be rented for an additional fee, much cheaper than the rental companies.
This is a private gated community geared towards families looking for a higher end vacation. No parties or events, or day guests allowed. Multiple full time residents in the community, quiet hours after 10pm.
4 vehicles max can be parked at the property (1 in the garage, 3 in the driveway). Parking is not allowed on the streets after 10pm, and they don't even like it during the day.
