Guests may bring pets onto the property only if permitted in writing by Manager or the Property Owner and only under the condition that the guest assumes full responsibility and liability for the behavior, supervision, and control of such animals.
The guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Property Owner and Manager, and their respective officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:
-Any injury or damage caused by an animal kept or brought onto the property;
-Any failure to comply with local animal control or leash laws; or

Manager is not required to inspect, control, or monitor the presence or behavior of any animal on the premises. If Manager becomes aware of an aggressive or dangerous animal, Manager may immediately remove or require removal of the animal and/or terminate the guest’s occupancy without refund.
