Home Details:
After being blown away by the views from the 2nd story deck, or feeding the deer that frequent the area, make your way inside to find the open kitchen, dinning and living room area on the 2nd floor. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to entertain and cook for your friends and family. The over-sized windows surrounding the main room make sure those amazing views keep on coming. From there you'll pass by the upstairs bathroom and onto the two upstairs bedrooms, the master king and queen. Heading back to the living room and taking the indoor spiral stairs down reveals the largest of the bedrooms with matching kings and its own bathroom. Here you'll find the washer and dryer as well. In the evenings feel free to gather around the firepit, or cook dinner on the charcoal grill. Parking is plentiful in the over-sized driveway, and is large and flat enough to accommodate a boat. And after letting yourself into the home, the entire place is yours to enjoy except for 1 locked supply closet.

Startz Cafe, Gennaro's Trattoria, and Bare Bull BBQ, some of the most highly rated restaurants of the lake, are only 2 minutes from the house. If cooking is your thing, Lowe's Market is just 10 minutes away for all your grocery needs as well as a Dollar General and similar stores. New Braunfels, Gruene hall, Schlitterbahn Waterpark and Guadalupe/Comal River tubing are just under a 30 minutes drive. The San Marcos Premium Outlets are a 40 minutes drive.
